Trenton's 5-Year Street Levy Information


Below you will find information regarding the Street Levy that is on the November 5th ballot for 2019. 


The Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is a numerical index between 0 and 100 which is used to indicate the condition of pavement. This index was developed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and has been standardized by American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM D6433 - 11: Standard Practice for Roads and Parking Lots Pavement Condition Index Surveys). 


Street Grading Index:

  • Excellent: 86 - 100
  • Good: 75 - 85
  • Fair:  58 - 74
  • Poor: 40 - 57
  • Failing: 0 - 39 
  • Private: There are privately maintained streets in the City of Trenton. The City does not maintain those nor grades them.
