Mayor's Court provides the community with a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor traffic and criminal cases that are alleged to be in violation of the City of Trenton's Codified Ordinances.

The Department of Zoning and Code Enforcement is responsible for the zoning for the entire City and enforcing the zoning code within City limits.
